BUILD BETTER SYSTEMS FOR REAL WORK.

Yologics builds software products, automation and custom business systems. We use AI where it creates real value—alongside cloud infrastructure, computer vision, media processing, mapping, APIs and conventional software engineering.

Start with friction, not a feature list

Your hardest business problem might be a software opportunity.

You don't need to know the model, framework, API or architecture. Show us what's slow, repetitive, disconnected, impossible with your current tools, or simply waiting for a better idea.

01 · Repetitive work

People are doing what software should do.

Research, data entry, follow-ups, document creation, file handling and routine decisions consume valuable time.

Automate the repeatable. Keep humans where judgment matters.
02 · Disconnected systems

Your operation lives in five places.

Email, spreadsheets, forms, texts and separate platforms force your team to move information manually.

Connect the workflow into one coherent operating system.
03 · Missing capability

The tool you need doesn't exist.

Your process or idea has outgrown off-the-shelf software—or the market simply hasn't built the solution yet.

Create the new path instead of accepting the old limitation.
04 · Customer friction

Too much requires a phone call.

Quotes, intake, uploads, updates and routine requests create unnecessary back-and-forth.

Build intelligent portals and self-service experiences.
05 · Buried intelligence

Your data isn't helping you decide.

Useful information is trapped in documents, exports, reports, websites and spreadsheets.

Turn raw information into answers, alerts and decisions.
06 · New product

You can see the opportunity.

You understand the real-world problem. You need a technical partner who can turn it into a working product.

Problem → prototype → production system.
The tool follows the problem.
Not the trend.
The Yologics engineering stack

AI is one tool in the stack.

We combine software engineering, automation, cloud infrastructure, APIs, data systems, computer vision, media technology and AI. Sometimes AI is central to the solution. Sometimes it is only one component. The job decides the architecture.

INPUTDocuments, media, business data, customer requests, web sources and operational events
BUILDDesign the software, interfaces and data structures that make the workflow usable
AUTOMATERemove repetitive handoffs, file movement, routine actions and avoidable manual work
INTELLIGENCEUse AI, search, rules or computer vision where they improve the result
CONNECTIntegrate cloud services, APIs and existing business systems worth keeping
VERIFYMeasure results and preserve human review wherever judgment matters
Products · experiments · real operating systems

We use our own products and businesses as proving grounds.

Not concept art. These are working systems and active product programs designed around real constraints, tested in real use and improved as we learn.

Freedom News Media platform
AI Research & Publishing Engine

Freedom News Media

The problem

Constantly finding, organizing and turning relevant news into useful publishable content creates a research-heavy editorial bottleneck.

What we built

An automated research and publishing platform designed to continuously discover relevant stories, process source information with AI, organize the research and turn it into readable, navigable digital content.

What it proves

AI research workflows can convert a repetitive, information-heavy process into a scalable system.

Private + Cloud Media Compression · Live

VidShrink

The problem

Large photos and videos are difficult to send, upload, optimize and work with from everyday devices—especially when the network is weak or the file is too large for ordinary tools.

What we built

A browser-based media workspace with private on-device video compression, cloud video compression, photo tools, secure temporary processing and recovery paths that can move a user between local and cloud workflows when conditions change.

What it proves

We can engineer resilient browser, WebAssembly and cloud-media systems around difficult real-world files, mobile devices and unreliable connections.

Public Records & Financial Traceability · Project Preview

CivicLens Preview

The problem

Public financial records often exist, but they are scattered across budget books, audits, agenda packets and separate government systems—too difficult for ordinary citizens to follow.

What we built

A source-backed civic transparency system that preserves original public records, establishes official control totals and shows what revenue and spending has been traced, reconciled or still needs follow-up.

What it proves

Complex public information can become a clear, evidence-first money trail without hiding uncertainty or asking people to blindly trust a dashboard.

Autonomous Delivery Readiness · Phase 2

DroneReady

The problem

Future drone-delivery systems may know how to reach an address, but the final drop zone still has to account for the exact property, clear space, obstacles and changing ground conditions.

What we're building

A last-100-feet property profile that combines satellite-selected drop coordinates, clear-zone radius, transparent scoring, stable DroneReady IDs and an AI photo scan that looks for visible hazards the map cannot see.

What it proves

YOLOGICS can combine mapping, structured human input, computer vision and explainable scoring into a practical decision system while keeping safety judgments bounded and reviewable.

ClipPilot

The problem

Finding one remembered discussion inside a long interview or podcast can require scrubbing through an hour or more of footage before editing even begins.

What we're building

A creator-facing video intelligence system where the user describes the moment they want in ordinary language and the system finds the relevant discussion, selects useful boundaries and produces an editable clip.

What it proves

Reasoning, retrieval, media processing and human correction can turn a complicated professional workflow into one simple instruction and a usable deliverable.

Freedom Crate Co ecommerce
Small Business Modernization

Freedom Crate Co.

The problem

A real woodworking business needed its online experience to match a growing custom-product operation instead of forcing the business through a generic storefront.

What we built

A modernized ecommerce system around product configuration, customer flow, mobile buying, promotions, reviews and the realities of selling made-to-order physical products.

What it proves

We understand that technology has to fit the business on the shop floor—not just look good on a screen.

Bring us the problem.
We'll engineer the solution.

Tell us what takes too long, gets repeated, creates mistakes, frustrates customers, traps useful information, or seems impossible with your current tools.

You know the business. We'll figure out the technology.

What we are

Software built around the work, not the buzzwords.

What is Yologics?

Yologics is a software product and systems engineering company focused on real-world business problems. We build practical software, automation and custom systems, using AI, cloud technology, computer vision and other tools when they make the solution better.

Is Yologics just a web developer?

No. Websites and ecommerce are capabilities, not the boundary of the company. We build software products, custom applications, automated workflows, research and operational systems, portals, dashboards, cloud processing tools and connected business systems when they are the right solution.

Do I need to know which technology I need?

No. Start with the problem. We determine what combination of software, automation, cloud infrastructure, integrations, AI or other technology makes sense.

Do you use AI?

Yes—when it improves the product or workflow. AI is part of our engineering toolbox, not a requirement for every solution.

Can you build something that doesn't exist yet?

Yes. Creating a new path where an existing tool doesn't solve the problem is one of the reasons Yologics exists.
